SPLI anticipates online access to Form W-2s via the ezWeb portal by 01/15/2026. Physical Form W-2s will be postmarked and mailed to each former leased employee's last known mailing address by 1/31/2026. If you have a new mailing address and have not yet provided the new address to SPLI, please do so immediately on the form below.
If the Form W-2s list the same Employer Identification Number (EIN), multiple forms were needed to document additional local tax reporting. If the Form W-2s list different EINs, multiple forms were needed to document your earnings as a leased employee for multiple separate client companies of SPLI.
You may receive a single Form W-2 if the multiple client companies encompassed the same SPLI Employer Identification Number (EIN). However, if the client companies encompassed different SPLI EINs, you will receive multiple Form W-2s documenting your earnings as a leased employee for each SPLI entity in 2025.

SPLI recommends that the employee refer to their last paystub with a check date of 2025 for the year-to-date totals for overtime and reported tips as they will not be listed on 2025 Form W2. If you need an additional copy, login to your EZ web account.
