The validation credentials you enter will confirm your identity.
The validation key is the FIRST four letters of your last name and the LAST four digits of your SSN.
If your last name is less than 4 Letters, please type your full last name.
The validation password is your birthdate entered in this format: MM/DD/YYYY.
If these are not entered in the correct format, none of your information will be shown.
If you are unable to validate your account, please complete the Support Form below.
Click on your username in the upper left corner. Select Login Settings, click on Manage Access and enter the validation credentials.
For the Validation Key, enter the first four letters of your LAST name and the LAST four of your SSN.
For the Validation password, enter your birthdate in this format: MM/DD/YYYY. Click Add.
It will take you back to the main screen where you will see Start and My Stuff. Your information is located under My Stuff. If you are unable to validate your account, please complete the Support Form below.
When you log in and are prompted to enter the password, select I forgot my password. You will receive an email to reset it. Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you are unble to locate the email.

This cannot be updated on ezWeb. You can submit an address change at myspli.com/w2.php.
This cannot be updated on ezWeb. A new W-4 form is required and if applicable, a state form. These forms can be found at spli.com/tax-withholding-forms.
This cannot be updated on ezWeb. A new Direct Deposit form is required, which can be located at spli.com. Click Clients / Employees, then scroll down to locate the search box. Type Direct Deposit in the search box and click on the applicable form.
